Grounds Maintenance Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining external grounds and wet areas on a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of external grounds and wet areas
  • Ensure adherence to strict security and occupational health and safety procedures
  • Remove litter and debris from footpaths using a blower
  • Sweep car parks using a sweeper
  • Empty and wash bins and manage recyclable waste
  • Work independently and maintain high standards of work quality
  • Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or cleaning role is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
  • Willingness to learn and follow established protocols
