The Business Administrator Part Time is responsible for day-to-day administrative duties and support within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main Functions:
  • Operational Support: Occupational health and safety, including maintaining documentation and conducting compliance checks with the Operations Manager.
  • Scheduling: Assisting with the scheduling of work and contractors. Booking meetings for senior staff.
  • Maintenance Management: Maintaining service records, schedules and documentation. Assisting with the procurement of new equipment.
  • Business Operations:
  • Customer Service: Assist with writing and generating quotes, tender writing, and following up on the completion of jobs and invoicing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role.
  • Organisational Ability: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office.
