Function Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled function coordinator to support our business across functions and incoming communications, delivering exceptional customer service to both functions and online customers.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for events and functions, ensuring smooth delivery of large events through physical presence at key events. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development as a coordinator and events specialist.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a first line voice to the organization, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Supporting teams from a functions and communication perspective.
  • Responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Managing event bookings, run sheets, catering forms, finances, and managing event requirements directly with teams.
  • Developing and maintaining Event Tracker Management Software.
  • Working closely with departments to ensure accurate payment and reconciliation of events.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in function coordination or a related field.
  • Experience working with high volume event enquiries while maintaining a strong customer relationship.
  • A confident and outgoing personality.
  • The ability to ensure a positive customer experience for clients and team members.
