Job Title: Property Portfolio Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Management Expert to lead our team in managing the Department's occupied and surplus property portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality property management services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Manage a team to provide property management services, including lease administration, asset maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximize portfolio value and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of property-related services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to resolve property-related issues.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect properties, identify maintenance needs, and develop action plans.
  • Analyze data to inform property management decisions, optimize resource allocation, and improve efficiency.
