We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Disability Support Professional. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote choice and participation in clients' day-to-day routines, goals, and interests. This will involve working closely with clinical teams and site managers to develop and implement behaviour support, restrictive practices, and client care support plans.

To achieve this, you will need to provide person-centered active support and personal care with dignity and respect. You will also be responsible for promoting capacity building to enhance clients' skills in areas such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport, and community access.

Key Requirements:

  • Commitment to a 24/7 rotating roster; full working rights; ability to work AM/PM and overnight shifts.
  • Regular access to a car and a P2 NSW Drivers Licence or higher.
  • Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster (mornings, afternoons, nights) including shifts as required.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check are required for successful applicants; International Police Check if previously worked/lived abroad within last 10 years.
