As a seasoned Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative user experiences that drive business outcomes. Your primary goal will be to craft intuitive and delightful designs that solve complex problems and meet the needs of our users.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer who can work end-to-end to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions. You will have a deep understanding of design principles, user research, and how to translate user needs into actionable insights.

  • Design and develop high-quality user experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and implementation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback on design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and collaboratively with designers to create beautiful and functional UI.
  • Solve complex design challenges in innovative ways.
  • Develop and maintain Heidi's design system.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and accessibility best practices throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience designing complex SaaS products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design skills.
  • Experience working with design systems, design operations, and design governance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Technical awareness to understand how designs get built and collaborate with engineers.
