Overview

We're reimagining business lending with BizEdge — Westpac's next-generation origination platform. As a Senior Experience Designer, you'll lead the design of seamless, intuitive digital journeys that make lending simpler for customers and bankers. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team shaping one of Westpac's most visible and impactful platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of seamless, intuitive digital journeys that make lending simpler for customers and bankers.
  • Reimagine business lending with BizEdge — Westpac's next-generation origination platform.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and business to shape the end-to-end experience.
  • Contribute as part of a multidisciplinary, forward-thinking team shaping a high-visibility platform.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in digital product design, ideally within enterprise or financial services.
  • Ability to work independently on complex, strategic initiatives.
  • A collaborative mindset — you're great at partnering across product, engineering, and business.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy — you listen, influence, and lead with care.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for solving meaningful problems.
