We are seeking a seasoned Service Designer to join our team.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level professional to leverage their expertise in designing scalable and quality end-to-end services that contribute to a customer-centric organisation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create user-centric experiences that meet both customer and business needs.
  • Contribute to building a strong design culture and drive innovation.
  • Use design thinking to solve complex problems and improve customer experience.
  • Envision future state experiences and create new processes for optimising them.
  • Lead and own design projects, defining objectives and aligning with business goals.
  • Identify skill development opportunities and participate in training sessions.
  • Define best practice research and collaborate on qualitative testing and benchmarking.
  • Ensure experiences align with established design guidelines and principles.
  • Apply inclusive design principles to create accessible products and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience working as a Service Designer or CX designer.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of design process and methodologies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience creating strategic research frameworks and influencing senior leadership.
  • Ability to independently perform essential capabilities.
  • Proven experience using design processes to digitise experiences.
