**Corporate Lawyer Opportunity**
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in high-profile corporate transactions, working alongside recognized experts in the field.
You will advise major domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, corporate structuring, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. Your ability to provide commercially-minded legal advice will be critical in helping clients make strategic business decisions.
Key Requirements- Minimum 4–6+ years PAE in corporate and commercial law
- Demonstrated experience in leading M&A and transactional matters
- Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
- Commercial acumen and a strategic approach to legal problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage client relationships
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to mentor junior lawyers
