Property Lawyer Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled property lawyer to lead complex transactions, provide strategic advice and manage high-value matters.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in Queensland property law, with strong knowledge of legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development documents, as well as managing risk across varied property transactions.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.

You will work closely with senior practitioners on high-value projects, including acquisitions, leasing, development and planning approvals.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to deliver strategic legal solutions to commercial clients in property, infrastructure and investment sectors.
