Cloud Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of end-to-end technology projects for clients implementing or upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering ERP, CRM, or business systems projects, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or IT consultancy. They should have a strong understanding of cloud technology projects and ERP / CRM implementation lifecycles.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple concurrent projects across various industries, primarily in the Manufacturing market. They will be responsible for managing project scope, creating delivery plans, allocating resources, and managing budgets.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM implementations and upgrades. The candidate will also collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ERP, CRM, or business systems projects, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or IT consultancy
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 - FinOps, Business Central, Customer Engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects with medium timelines (3 - 6 months)
- Strong understanding of cloud technology projects and ERP / CRM implementation lifecycles
- Excellent client-facing communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
