Job DescriptionThis community-based position involves providing care that enhances our customers' wellbeing and delivering high-quality support in their homes.
- Provide personal care services that maintain an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life for our customers.
- Work closely with our Delivery Support Leads to ensure success and receive coaching and mentorship.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support or Home and Community Care or Cert IV Disability, Bach/Dip of Nursing, or completed first-year study towards it.
- A current minimum Level 2 First Aid Certificate.
- Your own roadworthy vehicle and valid Australian Drivers Licence (International Drivers Licence is not accepted).
- Good verbal and written communication and basic computer skills.
- At least two doses of the COVID-19 Vaccinations.
- Medication training will be highly regarded (HLTHPS006/CHCCS305C).
