About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Support Professional to join our client, a well-regarded national law firm in Melbourne. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to a highly respected Partner across a variety of corporate advisory matters.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months + experience as a legal secretary and strong technical skills, including a fast and accurate typing speed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document management – dictating, drafting and amending of complex documents
  • Collation and preparation of large contracts, agreements and documents
  • Diary management including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • File and database management – hard copy and electronic
  • Time sheet entry and client billing
Requirements:
  • 12 months + experience as a legal secretary
  • Strong technical skills including a fast and accurate typing speed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail together with a proactive and flexible approach to your work ethic
Estimate Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
