About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Specialist to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

As a Senior Culinary Specialist, you will be required to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef, with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for food and the culinary arts.

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, contributing to departmental targets, and providing exceptional service to our guests. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

What We Offer
