Customer Experience Expertise

The role of a Library Solutions Consultant plays a vital part in delivering exceptional global customer support to our clients.

This position requires a strong focus on customers, effective communication skills, and high attention to detail.

As a key contributor to global projects, service delivery, and support, the ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer experience across multiple channels and regions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on library management systems and services to clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and work through to resolution.
  • Document all calls, actions, and follow-ups within the Support Ticket System.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with clients, serving as a trusted advisor for best practices.
  • Contribute daily to internal and client knowledge bases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Detailed understanding of library management processes, including operational know-how and current library systems.
  • Experience working in support teams and consulting for software solutions.
  • Basic technical understanding of Microsoft and knowledge of client requirements related to Libero and other complementary systems.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a true passion for customer success.
