This is a part-time opportunity, working four days a week, including two Saturdays a month.

As a Practice Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and smooth operation of our front office.

You will work closely with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including adherence to health regulations and industry standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise staffing needs, including interviewing, training, and scheduling, to optimise team performance and meet patient needs.
  • Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Scheduling & Ordering: Complete ordering while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Create and maintain employee rosters, ensuring coverage for all shifts.
  • Front Office Administration: Manage office supplies, coordinate office functions, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Coordination with Clinical Team: Work closely with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure that patient care is delivered efficiently and timely. Assisting the Dentist at ad hoc times.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols, as well as regulatory requirements in the dental practice.
