Student Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Student Finance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to students.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Accurately and efficiently manage finance functions related to student fees.
- Customer Service: Deliver high-quality advice and information to students via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and propose changes to enhance efficiency and student satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student transactions.
- Qualifications: An undergraduate degree in a relevant field is required.
- Skills: Proven customer service skills, advanced computer literacy, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience: Previous experience working with students or in a similar role is highly desirable.
