A new opportunity has arisen for an Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Officer (Escalations) to join our busy team in Wetherill Park on a fulltime permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of escalation for Customer Care team members to resolve issues as required.
  • Complete escalated customer enquiries in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Raise claims against suppliers for replacement or rectification.
  • Evaluate severity of customer escalation issues with the appropriate sense of urgency.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with escalations experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
