Senior Clinical Advisor Role

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Advisor to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes within the research and evaluations functions.

Our Senior Clinical Advisor will be responsible for planning and conducting workshops with key stakeholders to support the development of clinical and non-clinical assessments and health surveys. They will also develop and implement stakeholder communication plans to support co-design and engagement activities. Furthermore, they will write clear and concise reports that communicate research findings, conclusions, and implications for policy and service design. Additionally, they will provide evidence-informed advice for developing and reviewing policy and guidance materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing clinical and non-clinical assessments and health surveys through collaborative workshop processes.
  • Designing and implementing effective stakeholder communication plans for co-design and engagement activities.
  • Producing high-quality reports that effectively convey research findings and implications for policy and service design.
  • Providing informed advice on policy and guidance material development and review.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in clinical assessment development or administration.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale research programs.
  • Qualitative research expertise, including experience working with people who have disabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills in the health or disability sector.
  • Australian citizenship.
