Hindmarsh Construction is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to partner with our Project Manager and Site Manager to manage site activities on our education, data centre, and industrial projects.

As a Site Supervisor at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site construction activity, overseeing subcontractors' work, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate site activities, including subcontractors, labour, and material delivery
  • Oversee the quality and progress of subcontractors' work
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Participate in project management, adhering to the Project Management Plan
  • Ensure compliance with SQE policies and Hindmarsh Management Systems
  • Manage site issues and subcontractors in accordance with the National Code of Practice

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Trade background preferred
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • White Card, First Aid & Fire Warden
