Job Title

Facilities and OH&S Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Facilities and OH&S Support Professional to oversee activities within the Works Centre yard facility. This role plays a key part in implementing Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures that positively impact our presentation department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate yard operations including receiving, dispatching goods, vehicle loading/unloading, and maintaining site cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ensure safety compliance through daily plant checks, safe equipment operation, and maintenance of the wash bay and triple interceptor.
  • Support OH&S procedures by conducting hazard audits, managing SWMS and MSDS, and guiding staff on safety data locations.
  • Foster positive relationships with staff, contractors, and the community while contributing to our presentation department's goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant work experience; or qualifications with substantial experience.
  • Competency in using relevant technology, including computers and mobile devices.
  • Sound knowledge and practical application of OHS/WHS legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Prior experience in similar facilities and/or OH&S support roles (Preferred).
  • Driver's license for operating loaders and forklifts.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks.
