Job Title: Restaurant Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the hotel's restaurant and bar outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier service in the restaurant and bar, ensuring guests are promptly greeted, served, and that their needs are met throughout their visit.\
  • Lead and motivate the Restaurant & Bar attendants, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools, training, and support to deliver excellence in service.\
  • Help with daily operations, including stock control, financial transactions, ordering, and maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage service.\
  • Suggest and promote restaurant and bar products to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.\
  • Build positive relationships with guests, remembering names, and anticipating their needs.\
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.\
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations regarding responsible service of alcohol (RSA), health and safety standards, and hotel procedures.\
  • Participate in team training and development, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.\
  • Previous experience as a waiter or bartender, with a passion for hospitality and customer service.\
  • Ability to lead by example, providing guidance and support to your team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.\
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.\
  • Ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.\
  • Calm and collected individual, able to resolve any issues that arise efficiently.\
  • Must hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and meet legal work requirements in Australia.\
  • High energy level and passion for hospitality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.\
