Key Role in Planning and Development
The Senior Development Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring planning control is maintained and development is carried out responsibly.
Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced professional knowledge to deliver evidence-based, objective services relating to planning and building regulations.
- Support management and the Development Compliance Team by delivering high-quality compliance services.
- Provide training and coaching to enhance team skills and promote best practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of planning and building regulations and compliance processes, along with experience in investigation, assessment, and reporting related to planning outcomes.
