- Test and validate workflow enhancements in Service Now to optimize functionality.
- Maintain consignment tracking information in Service Now to keep records up-to-date.
- Liaise with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within Service Now.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide transparent insights into operations.
- Coordinate urgent shipping requests, working closely with the VIP team.
- Manage COPE and TFS shipping accounts while providing regular reporting to management.
