Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at AUTOrecruit. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the Used Car Sales Department and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Department Leadership: Manage all aspects of the Used Vehicle Sales Department, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales revenue.
• Customer Service: Ensure that top customer service is delivered to all customers, resulting in high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that sales staff have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the management of used vehicle inventory, ensuring that stock is accurately priced and presented to customers.
• CSI Levels: Aim to achieve required CSI levels, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Manager in either new or used cars, with a strong background in dealership sales.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Focus: A passion for delivering top customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
