About the Role

As an Assistant Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care through a person-centred approach. You will work collaboratively with our Registered Nurses to supervise the care team and provide quality support to residents with their activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure the needs of our residents are met.
  • Complete accurate reporting and documentation based on organisational policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated ability to work towards required resident outcomes.
  • Availability to work different shifts on each roster.
  • Previous experience in an AIN role in Aged Care is desirable but not essential.
  • Qualification with a Certificate III in Individual Support or currently studying a nursing degree with completed Aged Care clinical placement.
