This role involves providing assistance and support to elderly individuals on home care packages Levels 1 to 4. Key responsibilities include:

  • Personal Support
  • Medication Assistance
  • Social Companionship and Activities
  • Domestic Tasks
  • Meal Preparation
  • Shopping
  • Transportation

We seek an individual with experience in providing home care services to older adults and NDIS clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a smartphone with internet access. Additionally, they must hold current First Aid and CPR certificates, an Australian Federal Police check, and a valid Australian Driver's License.
