About The Role

The Gym Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary and welcoming environment within the gym. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks to ensure all areas of the gym, including change rooms, bathrooms and common spaces, are kept in top condition.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all gym areas, including bathrooms, disabled facilities, parking and entry areas are clean, maintained and presentable.
  • Vacuuming and mopping all areas, including gym floors, group fitness rooms, offices, storerooms, staffrooms and the shopfront.
  • Emptying garbage bins and collecting general rubbish inside and outside the gym.
  • Wiping down and disinfecting gym equipment.
  • Replacing paper towels and refilling disinfectant spray bottles as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Been 18 years or older.
  • Prior experience in cleaning.
  • A dedicated and passionate approach to work.
  • Unlimited working rights.
  • A current driver's license.
