Job Title: Customer Service Representative About the Role:

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Branch Customer Advisor. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in identifying and providing suitable products and services that meet their needs.

  • You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by being attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable about our offerings.
  • Your primary goal will be to understand customers' banking requirements and provide solutions that make their lives easier.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing guidance on how to achieve them. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities to offer customers additional products and services that align with their needs.
  • Providing timely and accurate advice on our banking products and services.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, and demonstrate a passion for delivering quality customer experiences. While prior banking experience is not essential, having knowledge of banking principles and practices will be beneficial.
