About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a senior aquatic ecologist to lead our high-performing freshwater team in Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical specialist with leadership experience to shape the future of aquatic consultancy, mentor a talented team, and help deliver projects that make a genuine environmental impact.

The Role

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership of the freshwater ecology team
  • Oversight of project delivery, client relationships, and internal development
  • Maintenance of high technical standards across a variety of exciting and impactful projects

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong experience in aquatic ecology, ideally in a consultancy setting
  • Technical expertise in freshwater survey techniques, water quality assessment, and EIAPrior experience in a leadership role, including responsibility for preparing fee proposals, tenders, and managing project budgets
  • Chartered status or working towardFull UK driving licence
