Job Title: Executive Chef

Join Zeus Street Greek as an Executive Chef and take charge of our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store and kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of food quality and safety are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement menu plans and recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and motivate staff to achieve high standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
