Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Zeus Street Greek. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all key performance indicators, including COGS, financials, and rostering.
  • Supervising and coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
  • Preparing and cooking food, and ordering food supplies.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated natural leader with a passion for food and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or kitchen management.
