Lester Blades - Executive Search & Board Advisory is a long-established and highly regarded Western Australian organisation with a significant footprint in the human services sector. The organisation has a workforce of over 900 individuals and is now embarking on the next phase of its evolution and growth.
In this new phase, the organisation seeks to appoint a Chief People Officer to join its executive leadership team. This role will be instrumental in leading and integrating the people, workforce and change management functions across the organisation.
About the Role
The key remit of this new role will be to lead and integrate the people, workforce and change management functions across the organisation. With CEO and Board support for the implementation of a new systems infrastructure to support the People function, the successful candidate will be able to capitalise on their previous experiences to shape the organisation's human resources systems capability and drive organisational transformation.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who is comfortable being involved operationally and possesses a broad suite of HR services skills.
