Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred. They should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, effective leadership and communication abilities, and proficiency in housekeeping management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Ensure the team is fully conversant with health and safety obligations and adheres to policies.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.

About You:

  • You must have work rights within Australia.
  • A police check will be required.
  • Part-time positions are available and may require weekend work.
