Key Responsibilities

Working within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating and improving the organisation's portfolio change management function and enterprise change management capabilities.

  • Develop and maintain change management tools and support for portfolios, programs and projects
  • Create and manage a database to track change impacts, working with stakeholders to gather, validate and present data to executives
  • Position the ePMO as trusted advisors and build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Work with Communications, HR and Risk teams to provide tailored, holistic change management advice
  • Help transition changes into business-as-usual, using data to track progress and benefits
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in Enterprise and Corporate Change Management in a federal government environment. You'll also come from a background working in a PMO or an ePMO.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a focus on consultation and collaboration
  • Highly developed facilitation and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work with ambiguity and agility, especially when navigating complex organisational and people related scenarios
  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing briefing, planning, reporting and response documents
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines

Eligibility criteria includes being an Australian citizen, willing to undergo a National Police Check, and already having a Baseline Security Clearance.
