**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished professional to join our esteemed institution as an educator and researcher in the field of management.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching, developing innovative course materials, and conducting impactful research that drives change and innovation.

This is a full-time position, primarily based at our city campus, with opportunities to engage with industry stakeholders, design new curricula, and incorporate cutting-edge technologies into teaching and research.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that fosters innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth, while making a positive impact on society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in management, innovation, and entrepreneurship
  • Develop innovative course materials that integrate work-integrated learning and authentic assessment components
  • Conduct research that aims for national and international recognition
  • Build industry connections to support research, knowledge exchange, and graduate employment opportunities
  • Co-supervise PhD students and contribute to the academic community through service and leadership

Requirements:

  • Successful engagement with industry stakeholders in management and innovation
  • Designing and developing new curricula in management and innovation
  • Incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into teaching and research
