Learning Experience Leader

The Learning Experience Leader oversees and supports the development of a comprehensive, inclusive learning environment for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. They collaborate with educators, families, and the wider community to deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic initiatives to enhance student outcomes
  • Support monitoring and review of school improvement plans
  • Lead quality teaching programs and learning outcomes
  • Model best pedagogical practices
  • Contribute to a culture of collegiality and reflective practice
Qualifications
  • Four-year trained teacher classification
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation
  • Working with Children Clearance
  • Postgraduate study in education (Desirable)

  • Ability to promote innovative teaching practices
  • Effective management and administrative skills
  • Capacity to utilise data to inform decision-making
