Job Title: Recall Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of a recall policy and clinical risk framework.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the rollout of a centralized recall management system across all sites, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and procurement strategies.
- They will also act as the clinical risk liaison across departments, providing expert advice on recalls and adverse events.
- In addition, they will support hospitals with training and education on the new system and manage ongoing reporting and risk-informed lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience in recalls within a clinical setting is essential.
- Intermediate knowledge of medical devices (consumables, implants, equipment) is required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills are necessary to determine severity and required actions for recall-related events.
- Experience in leading organizational change and system implementation within a healthcare environment is highly desirable.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical and non-clinical domains are crucial.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure are essential.
