Job Title: Recall Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of a recall policy and clinical risk framework.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the rollout of a centralized recall management system across all sites, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and procurement strategies.
  • They will also act as the clinical risk liaison across departments, providing expert advice on recalls and adverse events.
  • In addition, they will support hospitals with training and education on the new system and manage ongoing reporting and risk-informed lifecycle management.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in recalls within a clinical setting is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of medical devices (consumables, implants, equipment) is required.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills are necessary to determine severity and required actions for recall-related events.
  • Experience in leading organizational change and system implementation within a healthcare environment is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across clinical and non-clinical domains are crucial.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure are essential.
