The Role
  1. Join a well-established team as a senior project manager responsible for driving successful project outcomes.
  2. Forecast and manage project resources effectively.
  3. Ensure quality processes and delivery across all projects and project teams.
  4. Manage requests for information to clients, architects and consultants.
  5. Handle procurement including scope of work and tender packages.
  6. Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts.
Experience/Qualifications Required
  1. A proven track record in commercial construction project management is essential.
  2. Experience delivering projects up to or above $80m, including aged care, multi-residential and commercial tower developments.
  3. Ability to manage program, schedule and sequence trades effectively.
  4. Experience with construction software such as Procore or similar is highly desirable.
  5. Strong relationship-building skills with subcontractors, consultants and clients are crucial.
  6. Trade or tertiary qualification in construction is required.
