Job Title: Payscale Administrator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Payscale Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls for a large number of employees.
Key Responsibilities- Process payrolls in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Support payroll activities across multiple employment-based agreements
- Respond to payroll queries from managers and employees
- Assist the team during high-volume periods
- Ensure compliance with tax, superannuation, and legislative requirements
- Strong knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and company policies
- Experience in SAP, ServiceNow, and UKG Dimension is highly advantageous
- Proven ability in handling high-volume payrolls
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of award/EBA interpretation
