Job Title: Payscale Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payscale Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for processing weekly and fortnightly payrolls for a large number of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payrolls in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies
  • Support payroll activities across multiple employment-based agreements
  • Respond to payroll queries from managers and employees
  • Assist the team during high-volume periods
  • Ensure compliance with tax, superannuation, and legislative requirements
About Your Experience
  • Strong knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and company policies
  • Experience in SAP, ServiceNow, and UKG Dimension is highly advantageous
  • Proven ability in handling high-volume payrolls
  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of award/EBA interpretation
