Job Summary

We are seeking a Security Officer to work at Bond University, one of the Gold Coast's most prestigious educational institutions. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your security experience to contribute positively to the safety and security of students on campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct foot and mobile patrols to ensure campus security
  • Respond to emergency incidents and provide first aid
  • Lock and unlock buildings as required
  • Provide professional, courteous, and prompt customer service
  • Maintain logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork and using computer terminals to input and retrieve data

Requirements

  • QLD Security Licence with crowd control and monitoring
  • Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current open drivers' licence
  • Intermediate level computer skills required
  • Unrestricted availability to work a 24/7 roster
