Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact with clients, fostering meaningful relationships
  • Overseeing all communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism
  • Ensuring new clients are onboarded smoothly
  • Reviewing the preparation of BAS & IAS, payroll, payroll tax, and superannuation returns
  • Mentoring junior staff members, creating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a bookkeeper, managing multiple clients concurrently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with MYOB and Xero accounting software
