Key Role: Social Media Coordinator/Content Creator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading marketing team where you'll play a pivotal role in bringing well-loved food brands to life across digital platforms.

As a key member of the team, you'll plan, shoot and edit lo-fi content that connects with audiences on Instagram, TikTok and beyond. You'll work closely with the internal marketing team and agency partners to deliver culturally relevant, native content that captures the tone of each brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating short-form video and stills content for social media
  • Capturing behind-the-scenes footage
  • Editing content using tools like CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Supporting social media reporting and performance tracking
  • Collaborating with agency partners on content calendars and channel strategies
  • Working closely with brand teams to interpret briefs and create aligned content
  • Staying across social trends and contributing fresh, relevant content ideas
  • Creating content quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality

About you: you're a creative self-starter looking for a full-time role who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to shoot, edit and deliver content that cuts through. You're confident both behind the camera and in front of a team, able to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Hands-on experience creating social media content (2-4+ years)
  • Experience producing native content for Instagram, TikTok, Meta and Pinterest
  • Strong video editing skills
  • A clear understanding of what performs well on social
  • Graphic design capabilities using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strong understanding of social media best practice and emerging trends
  • Experience creating content in live environments such as events or activations
  • Excellent time management and collaborative mindset
  • A strong visual eye and passion for storytelling
