Marquise started as a beloved baby brand known for high-quality, comfortable, and stylish baby clothing. We're a heritage brand that Australian parents have trusted since 1932.

We've recently launched a new product range of nappies and water wipes made with natural, plant based materials.

To continue to build our brand, we're looking for a Content Creator dedicated to creating engaging, high-performing content that connects with parents and drives conversion.

About The Role (What You'll Be Doing)

We're looking for a creative Content Creator who thrives in digital storytelling and content creation. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to organise content
  • Create and execute social-first content end-to-end—follow strategic briefs from our digital agency to producing and edit final assets for paid media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Develop high-converting performance content, including video ads, social media posts, still ads /statics and UGC-style creative to boost brand awareness and online sales
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all assets are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality output

About You (Who You Are)

You are a content-driven creative who understands the intersection of storytelling and social trends. You can manage influencers and UGC creators to a brief and a timeline.

  • Key Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a creative advertising or content creation role
  • Proven track record of creating high-performance content across social platforms, including predominantly Meta (Facebook & Instagram). In future, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Experience in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and social media content best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to execute projects effectively
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects at once
