Job Description

A key leadership role has become available in our busy treatment room team. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with leadership experience to contribute to high-quality healthcare.

About The Role

The Treatment Room Team Leader will conduct clinical duties such as health assessments, immunisations, pathology collection, ECG monitoring, wound dressings and equipment sterilisation. They will also assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment and staff performance management. Building relationships with patients to ensure their comfort and triaging them are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical duties such as health assessments, immunisations, pathology collection, ECG monitoring, wound dressings and equipment sterilisation.
  • Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment and staff performance management.
  • Build relationships with patients to ensure their comfort and triage them accordingly.
About You
  • You are a Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or an Acute setting. Leadership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can work independently when needed.
  • You have unrestricted Australian work rights and can provide evidence of vaccination and immunity.
