Senior Spa Treatment Specialist

The Spa Therapist will provide exceptional customer service and administer a range of spa therapies including facials, skin and body treatments, massage, manicures and pedicures.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer various spa treatments to guests, ensuring high standards are met at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and spa equipment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Deliver timely and courteous customer service, meeting the needs of guests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of services, products and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Perform reception, administration and POS duties as required.
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Remedial Massage is highly desirable.
- Previous day spa experience delivering quality spa treatments is essential.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills are necessary for this role.
- Professional grooming and personal presentation is expected.
