Main Responsibilities- Support with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, eating and social activities
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and work as part of a cohesive team to promote the health and wellbeing of our residents
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
- A recognised qualification in aged care (Certificate 3 or equivalent)
