Job Title

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to drive our Inclusion & Diversity agenda and shape Early Careers programs.

This role reports to the Head Of Organisational Development and is responsible for leading the execution of our Inclusion & Diversity strategy, embedding inclusive practices across recruitment, development, and workforce planning.

The successful candidate will design and manage initiatives including graduates, interns, apprenticeships, and school-based programs, creating strong talent pipelines for the future.

They will partner with senior leaders, universities, schools, industry bodies, and community partners to strengthen our brand and impact.

Providing thought leadership and insights to influence business decisions, backed by robust data and reporting, is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver impactful programs that increase representation of underrepresented groups.
  • Design and manage Early Careers initiatives, including graduates, interns, apprenticeships, and school-based programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders, universities, schools, industry bodies, and community partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organisational Development, or generalist HR.
  • A track record of delivering practical I&D programs and early talent initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management capability.
  • Energy, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Degree qualifications in Business, HR, or a related discipline desirable.
