About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Physiotherapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant in Adelaide. This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable industry specialist in occupational rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals to participate in employment or education, or to live independently and access services under the CTP and life insurance schemes.
  • Independently manage a caseload of clients under CTP and life insurance schemes, including attendance at Medical Case Conferences.
  • Use strong communication skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, and employers.

About You:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual to meet KPIs.
  • Strong time management skills to independently manage a caseload.
  • Confidence in mentoring and training junior staff.
  • Previous industry experience in occupational rehabilitation is desired but not essential.
  • Experience within employment services is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management.
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills.
  • Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Australian driver's license.
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia.
