Financial Controller Opportunity

Launceston / Hybrid - We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Controller to lead our financial operations and contribute to the company's growth.

Job Description:
  • Lead the day-to-day financial operations and controls of the business, ensuring that transactions are correctly posted to our digital accounting platforms.
  • Play a key role in monitoring, analysing and reporting on cashflow position and external projects.
  • Production of high quality management information and financial reports with commentary for senior management team and investors.
  • Ensure compliant and timely financial reporting standards are upheld.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek a confident and detail-orientated individual, ideally operating at FC/FM level or as a senior Management/Financial Accounting with a particular passion for high-quality reporting.

  • Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is desirable.
  • Experience of managing a small team and influencing department heads outside of finance would be particularly relevant to this role.
  • Good range of IT competencies, including bespoke accounting platforms and general MS office experience.
